Please use the SanDisk app to change the name of the WiFi to something simple that does not have spaces. Then delete and re-install the app and enter the name of the WiFi in the settings screen of the SentryView app.
You do not need to go to the Settings app and switch the WiFi on your iOS device manually; the app does that automatically.
